A mortgage and closing cost calculator
The single most-searched thing on any real estate agent's website, and the one most agents link out to somebody else's bank to get. This one stays on their page, with their name on it, and answers the question buyers actually ask: what will I pay every month, and how much do I need on the day?
Example only. "Hopewell Realty" is not a real company, and the defaults here are illustrative placeholders, not quoted rates or any particular town's tax rate. Nothing on this page is a loan offer or financial advice — a lender's written estimate is the only number that counts. A real build carries the agent's own defaults, and every one of them lives in a single block at the top of the file.

Why this one earns its keep
The question every buyer asks before they ask anything else
Most agent sites answer it by linking to a bank's calculator, which sends the visitor to a page with a different logo on it and a form that captures the lead. This one keeps the visitor, keeps the branding, and tells them the thing the bank's version usually buries: the month private mortgage insurance falls off, and what the payment drops to when it does.
The amortization runs in whole cents, month by month, the same way a loan servicer does it — not a single formula rounded once at the end. That is why the payoff month it shows is the month it actually happens.
